Q. Why would I want to work with the SellerInvite.com™?
Awareness, pricing and exposure are the three key elements to selling your home. Awareness comes from our focus on education allowing you to properly price your home in any market. Exposure comes from having your home on both REALTOR.ca® and SellerInvite.com™. We’ve recently added a fourth element and that’s you. You need to be realistic about the value of your home and you need to play a proactive role in its sale.
Q. As licensed REALTORs® yourselves, how can you give us exposure to the "for sale by owner" market?
You will have full access to the "for sale by owner" market through our exclusive and innovative Sellerinvite™ option. If you are comfortable dealing directly with potential buyers and with your permission, we will advertize your phone number on your lawn sign and on the SellerInvite.com™ website. This way buyer’s who are not comfortable working with REALTORs® can contact and negotiate directly with you.

Q. Will you still be able to protect my best interests and negotiate on my behalf?
Our FSBO and FSBO+ packages you have the freedom to take care of all the details of your listing.
For our Professsional and Professional Plus clients, absolutely, we have an obligation by law to protect your best interests and we will work with you every step of the way. From writing and negotiating the offer to ensuring you are fully aware of any opportunity or risk you might encounter.
Q. Are there any additional fees to have you protect my interests and negotiate a fair offer?
With our FSBO and FBSO+ packages, we do not participate in the negotiatios of the offer. You have the freedom of selilng-by-owner and take care of all the offer details. There are no closing fees payable to Sellerinvite™ in this scenario.
With our professional packages, yes, there is an administration fee that does apply only if you sell your home. The fees can vary depending on whether a REALTOR® brings you an offer, or if you sell through our SellerInvite™ option. We are obligated to provide to you the fiduciary duties as set out in common law and these services all form part of that fee. The fees can vary from $999-$5999, still providing substantial savings and tremendous exposure and opportunity.
Additional Seller Fees
Q. Do I have to pay more than $599.00 in fees if a REALTOR® brings an offer on my home?
No. Buyer agents representing buyers have an option to negotiate their fees with their buyer and can have those fees paid outside the transaction or they can have the fees built into the transaction.
Our Seller’s Choice Incentive lets you decide if you want to pay a fee to a buyer’s agent and the amount can be zero and up, it’s completely up to you.
Marketing
Q. What marketing do you do for $599?
Your home will be marketed on REALTOR.ca®, giving you exposure to not only 85%-90% of Edmonton buyers, but also exposing your home to buyers from all across Canada and the world. You will be accessible on the REALTOR® MLX system giving you the needed exposure to 3000+ REALTORs® associated with the Edmonton Association of REALTORs®.
You will be provided with a yard sign marketing your property to the neighborhood.
Q. Do you offer additional marketing?
Yes, additional marketing can be arranged including, but not limited to: Real Estate Weekly, Edmonton Journal, Edmonton Sun, Open House marketing and Just Listed Cards. These can all be discussed with your REALTOR® during your listing presentation.
