Meet Our Team
Founder | Rod ThompsonFounder / Licensed BrokerRod Thompson conceived the idea for SellerInvite.com while working in Ottawa with one of North America’s largest real estate teams. With a desire to be closer to home and realizing the strength of Alberta’s market, Rod felt there was no better place to put his plan into action than here in Edmonton.
Previous careers include; managing Earl’s restaurants and working as a Radiation and Safety Officer with the world’s largest uranium mining company. He was responsible for starting the Booster Juice franchise in Ontario where he began his real estate career. Rod is a two time provincial boxing champion, he’s captained championship hockey and mine rescue teams and says his most exciting moment was entering one of Saskatchewan’s largest industrial fires with his team. Rod’s leadership skills are unquestionable and he clearly understands the value of working as a team, crediting the success of SellerInvite.com to this belief.

Buyer Agents | Beverley HasinoffREALTOR®, Edmonton
Beverly’s approach to Realty reflects SellerInvite.com™’s core belief in educating and empowering clients. She began her career as a REALTOR® seven years ago specializing in condo sales. Today Bev works with many types of buyers and sellers, but she recognizes the special need for education amongst condo buyers:
“Buying a condo is not the same as buying a free-standing house. You have to understand the concept of condo living-and you need a REALTOR® who will look out for the red flags that signal things like a big condo assessment in the future! My job is to make sure that my clients can make their purchase with as much information (and as much understanding) as possible”
Making an educatied purchase is important in any Real Estate transation. Knowing that she’s satisfied this need and ensuring that her clients feel like they’re getting their money’s worth are what motivates Bev to do her job.

| Ian ChoiREALTOR®, Edmonton
If you ask Ian what motivates him, he will tell you it is knowing that his clients have had a positive buying or selling experience. He appreciates that buying a home, especially your first home, can be an incredibly stressful experience-but it is also a major milestone in your life! As such, it should be a positive experience. It is personally rewarding to Ian when a deal closes and he knows that his clients can walk away with fond memories of buying their home.
Having spent his life living between China and Canada, Ian is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English. This and his understanding of Asian culture makes him very well suited to serving Edmonton’s Asian community. Through great communication and the building of lifelong relationships with his clients, Ian has been very successful and the recipient of several awards, including having been in the top three producers at Coldwell Banker.
| Paula OllenbergREALTOR®, CalgaryA country girl to the core, Paula was born and raised in Toefeild, Alberta, before moving to Drayton Valley to raise her own family. This mother of three puts her kind heart to use when it comes to caring for her clients. Paula’s clients are generally looking for their first home, or looking to move to a bigger home. She understands buyers need guidance and support-and she firmly believes that putting on the pressure is a no-no.
It’s Paula’s hope to change the way REALTORS® are perceived: “I understand that REALTORS® can have a bad reputation. By doing my job right, and representing my client’s best interests, I hope to change people’s opinion of REALTORS®.”
